Unless otherwise stated, Careueunique owns the intellectual property rights for all material on careueunique.ddd. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view and print pages from the website for your own personal use, subject to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

4. Orders and Payment

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Prices are quoted in Euros and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Payment must be received in full before production begins. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and bank transfers. Order confirmation will be sent via email once payment is processed.

5. Design and File Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all submitted designs are print-ready and meet our technical specifications. We require PDF, AI, or EPS files with 3mm bleed and 300 DPI resolution in CMYK color mode. While we review files for technical issues, final approval of design and content rests with the customer. We are not responsible for errors in customer-supplied files.

6. Production and Delivery

Production times begin once payment is received and final artwork is approved. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will make every effort to meet stated delivery times, but delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for delays or losses incurred as a result of late delivery.

7. Quality and Satisfaction

We take pride in delivering high-quality business card printing. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your order due to printing defects or errors on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will assess the issue and, if warranted, offer a reprint or refund. This guarantee does not cover issues arising from customer-supplied files or approved proofs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Careueunique shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or special liability arising out of or in connection with our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.

9. Personal Data Processing

By using our contact forms and services, you consent to the processing of your personal data as necessary to fulfill your order and communicate with you. We collect and process information including name, email address, phone number, and delivery address. This data is used solely for order processing, customer service, and communication purposes. We do not share your personal data with third parties except as necessary to complete your order. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the website and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland. Any disputes arising from these terms or use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
